I have purchased a set of four tires for my car. They promised free tire rotations with the purchase. Today, I got a free tire rotation along with a thorough vehicle inspection, no questions! They suggested to replace all the lug nuts as they had worn out. I got 20 lug nuts from Autozone and gave it to them. They again replaced the lug nuts for free. No fuss, No delay! As good as their word. And, oh! Very polite and courteous! What more can one expect? I give them 5 stars out of 5! For pricing, I chose ‘Great price’ since they don’t provide a ‘free of charge’ option.

Had a very similar experience to John. Stay away from this place. Went to remove the wheels from my wife’s car and all lugs were absurdly tight. Maxed out my torque wrench and required a 4ft breaker bar to get them off. All of them had to of been torqued down to at least 200ft lbs. The studs are likely now deformed and unsafe. I honestly couldn’t believe none of them had snapped off. This is what happens when you have someone carelessly working on your car, holding down on the impact for 30 seconds on each lug. Using a torque wrench is so easy, it’s a shame this place isn’t capable of using them.

This was my first time here and certainly won't be the last. This is the most friendly automotive business I've ever been to and I've been to a few. The crew here is professional, thorough and very knowledgeable. I needed a new radiator along with a cooling system service and everything that came along with it and it was done in 2 hrs. Jon who worked on my Honda was a Honda specialist in my opinion. Knew everything and did a excellent job. Brad that works at the front desk explained all the work that would be done before and after the service was completed in detail and always with a smile and a great customer service personality. I highly recommend VIP Tire over the top. And another bonus, you get a discount if you're a AAA member.

Spectacular service! They got us in and out quickly, were very professional and very reasonable prices. And best of all you can watch them work on your car while you sip (free!) coffee or tea. Will be back!

My wife took her vehicle here to have new tires mounted. All of her lug nuts were all grossly over-torqued. If you check the photo, each of her lug nuts were above the max torque of my meter - 175 ft lbs. The factory spec is 89 ft lbs so these were all at least double what they should be. My Milwaukee mid torque even struggled so resorted to a 2ft breaker bar with a cheater pipe. Even then I had to put all my weight on it to get the lug nuts off. This is dangerous and has likely damaged the threads. On top of that they left sealant all over the rims that has to be scrubbed off. Don’t trust this shop with your vehicle.
